At lovanze, an order always keeps its road back. This policy explains the free 30-day returns, the refund timeline, and the rules that tie them together.
Standing Promises, Right Away
- 30 calendar days from delivery to return, at no cost;
- Return postage and restocking fees: never appear here;
- Refunds arrive in 3-7 business days;
- Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties: entered under our name, never yours.
Thirty Days Measured From the Knock
The window opens on the delivery date and runs 30 calendar days. Every request inside it sends the item back free.
What Earns a Free Return
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact;
- An order number or another proof of purchase at hand.
What Stays Outside It
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
The Return, Set in Four Moves
- Move one: the email. Your order number and reason go to .
- Move two: the confirmation. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Move three: the handoff. Pack the item securely and give it to the carrier.
- Move four: the refund underway. It begins at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival never holds it up.
Hold Everything Until We Answer
Ship nothing until our reply lands. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may forfeit their refund.
Refunds, Taken Apart
The Standard Run
Approved refunds return to your original payment method, normally within 3-7 business days; a few banks post a touch slower.
Taxes: Entered Under Our Name
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties — on orders, returns, or refunds — never reach lovanze customers. We carry the whole load.
A Credit Still Underway?
Seven business days past approval, nothing landed?
- Give your bank or card statement another read;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Email and we will begin the trace.
Ways Out Other Than Returning
Another Cut of the Same Item
Need a different size or color? Order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
When the Delivery Falters
Damaged, faulty, or plainly wrong? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, then your pick: free replacement or full refund. Usually nothing travels back.
Canceling Before the Carrier
Cancel any time before the carrier collects for a complete refund. After dispatch, the 30-day return above takes over.
